Workflows are used by your system to make an update, or series of updates, within a larger process. There are some workflows already in your system which you should not make edits to. You do have the option of creating your own workflows. These workflows which you can create on your own are flexible and dynamic, but are limited to the extent in what they are capable of doing without code.

So as it turns out, they are not called workflows in the system.  They are called "Processes".

So go to Settings --> Processes.
