NRDS is the set of member information shared between the different levels of the Realtor organization. NRDS was designed and implemented by a group of Association Executives from state and local associations serving on the NRDS Standards Board as a single database residing on the Internet to store the member and office records for the Realtor organization
Office Transfer records create a historical relationship between an agent and his/her office. The office transfer entity allows for the end user to easily identify the company history of any individual who may call in or walk into the association office. The process for submitting and approving Office Transfers can be done through the Portal by the actual agent or through CRM
Beginning 12/6 we will re-send all COE records to NRDS to help correct any missing data from NAR's Internet problems in 2015 and early 2016
NAR is taking all NRDS connections and processing offline today from noon to 1PM Central time
It's very rare that NRDS changes fields or requirements, but it's happening soon for the Primary Field of Business
The National Association will update NRDS and the NAR ECommerce network this coming Saturday, October 12th, between 8AM and 8PM EST
NAR is experiencing issues with the NRDS queuing server and is currently working to resolve the problem. The issue affects all communication with NRDS. We'll update this thread as more details become available
NRDS is down for maintenance on December 14th from 11AM to 1PM EST
It can be thought of as a middle man that passes information between the RAMCO AMS and NRDS. RCDB creates records for each type of transaction stored in the RCDB and matches these record with records in the RAMCO AMS and NRDS
