On a Dues Item, the status of "Renewal Opt-Out" indicates the member does not plan to renew that year's dues and, once selected and saved, will deactivate the Dues Item and the related Order. It does NOT deactivate the membership at the same time since the person might still be paid through the end of the year. The membership would then get deactivated when you deactivate the rest of the members for non-payment
Office Transfer records create a historical relationship between an agent and his/her office. The office transfer entity allows for the end user to easily identify the company history of any individual who may call in or walk into the association office. The process for submitting and approving Office Transfers can be done through the Portal by the actual agent or through CRM
The 2.1.4 release of RAMCO has been installed at all customers. This release fixes a number of issues and also introduces the dues import module for state associations processing dues received from local associations. NRDS is the set of member information shared between the different levels of the Realtor organization. NRDS was designed and implemented by a group of Association Executives from state and local associations serving on the NRDS Standards Board as a single database residing on the Internet to store the member and office records for the Realtor organization. The data is maintained by Points of Entry (POEs) - most often the local association and, in some cases, the state association acting for the local association
Beginning 12/6 we will re-send all COE records to NRDS to help correct any missing data from NAR's Internet problems in 2015 and early 2016
